Nest Coffee Roasters was born from a deep love for the highlands of Benguet and the extraordinary coffee grown within its misty mountains. Founded in the heart of Quezon Hill, Baguio City, we set out to create a warm sanctuary where neighbors, travelers, and coffee enthusiasts could gather — a true nest. We source our beans directly from smallholder farmers in Benguet and Sagada, building lasting relationships that honor the land and the people who cultivate it.
Every bag we roast and every cup we brew carries the soul of the Cordilleran highlands. Our in-house roastery allows us to craft roast profiles tailored to each origin, bringing out floral, fruity, and chocolatey notes unique to Philippine highland coffee. Whether you're dropping in for your morning ritual or staying the afternoon with a book and a pour over, Nest is designed to feel exactly like coming home.
